Trailer Service and 21 Point Inspection 

Includes:

Pre-trip Test
Drain water from fuel tank and check vent
Change engine oil and oil filter
Clean entire unit including condenser and evaporator coils and defrost drains

Inspection of:

Battery and terminals
Belts for condition and proper tension
Wire harness for damaged wires or connections
Unit for fluid leaks
Unit for damaged, loose, or broken parts
Tapered roller bearing, fan shaft, and idlers for lakage and bearing wear
Inspect/clean fuel transfer pump inlet strainer (pre-filter)

Operational Check of:

Operation of damper door
Engine oil pressure hot, on high speed
Unusual noises and vibrations
Check refrigerant level
Check for proper suction pressure
Compressor oil level and condition
Engine speeds (high and low speed) Adjust if necessary
Condition of drive coupling bushings
Unit and fuel tank mounting bolts, brackets, lines, and hoses
Evaporator damper door adjustment and operation
