Appeals Court Ruling - June 3, 2010:  The United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit has denied American Trucking Association's petition for rehearing by the full court on the matter of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's decision to authorize the California Air Resources Board to enforce the Transport Refrigeration Unit ATCM.
